International boundaries
I received from the above Company an item which they charged me £74.95 which was taken from my VIZA card. I sent this item back and asked to reimbursed but I have heard nothing so far (21st December, 2011).
I received another two boxes (as yet unopened) for which I was charged on 24th October and 26th October 2011 items amounting to... 24th Oct...£51.00 and on 26th Oct...£74.95. The total of these three amounts comes to £200.90.
I sent these people a registered letter on 11th December, 2011 I asked them to stop sending me their products from that date (11th December 2011). So far I have not had a reply.
I told them I could not afford the monies they keep taking from my VISA account.
I have contacted my bank and I am waiting on a reply.
I know it was really foolish of me to give them my Viza number, but all I wanted was the free samples they were advertising.
I am aged 77 years and I am devastated at the lengths these people will go to.

call this number 08081683684 or 08081787320 and demand your money back plus demand cancel the contract ( which they say you have agreed to by purchasing the trials)make sure they send you an email confirmation of the cancellation contact your bank/credit card provider and report a disputed transaction to stop any further transation which do follow. hope this helps.

Date..30th December, 2011. This is to MB67. As a result oif the information you gave to me, I phoned the telephone number and managed to speak to one of the Representatives. I laid out my concerns and as a result, this man sent me an email cancellation today from anything to do with their Company. I also gave him the details of how much they owed me, namely...total £401.80p. I am to be repaid £200.90p within 10 days, and today, I sent back to them items which also cost me £200.90p . When they ha ve receipt of those items I will be repaid the other £200.90p. I so mistrust this Caompany that I will only be happy when the money I paid out is returned to my VISA card!
Again thank you MB67 for steering me in the right direction!!
