'Ricky Dasson' called wanting a verification that we were cancelling service, and then told me he needed me to verify and accept a $672.00 bill, when I told him i could not verify, They got upset and he 'transfered' me to a woman who i could hear in the back ground. I hung up on them shortly after she came on.
