I placed an order for my girlfriend for christmas thinking the order would be here by Christmas, I logged back in to the sight and it says its still processing.... the woman who emailed me her name is Sue and she said that they were shipping my order the next day. Well I realized there is no contact information and called the actual coach store itself to find that I have been scammed. The amount of money they took out of my account was not the same amount of my purchase it was a 2 dollars more that they charged to my credit card. I am so mad because how am I supposed to explain to my girlfriend when I don't have a gift for her on Christmas. I called the bank and they said they need to investigate it but I should have my money back in 10 days. I am sure as everyone else that is scammed feels like I do angry and violated! These people need to stop. Official coach stores will not let you make online purchases people. Only over the phone purchases and instore purchases. Please be aware of all of the fake sights!
