I ordered a jersey from usadenverbroncos.com. When I received me order, it was completely different from what was pictured on their website. I contacted their customer service department which did absolutely nothing to help me and refused to give me my money back. I will submit a screenshot for proof. You can see that the item pictured in the screenshot is an authentic NFL jersey while the brand named next to the picture is a different brand. Unfortunately, I was buying this as a gift and just trusted that what I was ordering would look as they advertised.
