I purchased a NFL Jersey through ReebokNFLstore.com as a Christmas gift for a family member. The site informed me that shipping takes 7 to 9 days to all major destinations and that the NFL Jersey that I was purchasing cost $59.99USD (including shipping). After confirming that charge, I received an email stating that the charge was made to my credit card under "Team Made Trade" and that the amount might not be the confirmed amount (no were on the site did they indicate that foreign currency charges would be applied to my card). When checking my credit card statement, I discovered that the charge was $62.33. 7 days after I made the purchase, I finally receive the email informing me of the tracking number and 2 sites that I could use to check the status of my shipment. The site then informed me that the shipment had just recently been brought to the facility in China (site actually stated that delivery to shipping facility takes normally 12 hoours) and that the shipment might arrive in 5 to 12 business days from that date. When emailing them and confronting them of there errors, they only respond with the same tracking number as a response.

When or if ever I receive the Jersey, I will update this complaint. As of now, my complaint is that they lack the needed information on the site to avoid wrongful purchases. If I was aware of the currency exchange fee, I would not have been so upset when I saw my credit card bill. If I knew that the product was being shipped from China and that the “7 to 9 days” was not a good approximate of the shipping time, then I might have paid extra or used a different site for my purchase.
