I filled out the order for a $10 tube of grout bully. The order included and extra tube for free. After filling everything in (including credit card info) the screen showed a $7.95 charge for shipping the $10 tube and an additional $7.95 for the free tube. After seeing $15.90 for shipping I decided it wasn't worth it and I exited the web site. I never did confirm the purchase but the order went thru and I was charged anyway. Immediately I contacted the company to cancel the order. They did not cancel the order and the product arrived yesterday. The irritation of this is worse than the loss of $25.90 for a product I did not order!
