I sent for a trial on the internet and paid on my debit card £3.57. a week later they have debited my account by £73.61 without my agreement or permission. How can I get my money back.

- This is a clever scam in that that terms & conditions for this "FREE TRIAL" states you will be billed every month for the product unless you return the product. The address for returns is Global Fulfilment, attn Product Return, PO Box 10841, Clearwater, Florida, 33757. You will also have to state on the packaging a Return Merchandise Authority No. which you will get by phoning their customer support team. Be wary as if you immediately complain this is a scam they will fob you off with a "system delay problem can you call back later". I persisited & finally got the return details. Whether this will work or not I cant be sure, only time will tell.
