Woman by the name of Louisa Phillips claimed to have been given 2 English Bulldog puppies... her cousin died and gave them to her and after consulting her pastor she decided that she was going to "give them away" as a sign of respect for him... all BS! This woman is a liar. So... she tries to talk you into having both dogs shipped to you for only $400. A number from WY calls claiming to work for Continental Pet Cargo, they want a moneygram sent for the shipping of the puppies... THERE ARE NO DOGS, THIS IS ALL A HUGE SCAM! You send the money and never see the dogs. Some story these people have put together. They should be absolutely ashamed! Her english is awful. Emails are very choppy, she pretends to not understand you...
