My partner has had 3 payments taken from his credit card since October and we don't know what they are for! He contacted the credit card company and their response was to contact hydglobal.com to complain. I wrote an email on his behalf and had hoped the payments would cease, however this is ongoing. In a last attempt to ditch these robbing b******s he is phoning the c.c company to insist on a new card - this is the only way to stop this daylight robbery. How can they get away with it? I wouldn't mind so much if we had actually received any goods. Sarah Pearson, Edinburgh
