I ordered a Mike Ditka jersey for my son for a Christmas present. I received an email confirming my order with an order number and informing me that another email will be sent as soon as my order has shipped with my shipping information. I haven't received any email regarding my shipping information, payment has been debited from my account and I still haven't heard a word from them. I have sent tons of emails asking about the status of my order but haven't heard back. So, here it is Christmas and I am out my money and a gift for my 11yr. Old son. I have called my bank and filed a claim with them regarding this company and "scam" and they might be able to help me. I did find out the charge came through my account under a company name of titancompany.net. I am at a loss though and have learned a big lesson.
