With ref to the above and in continuation to our trailing email communication, very frankly we would like to inform you that, we have been victimized of a fraud business by fabricating fake documents by the supplier under subject.

Actually, we have placed an order for Electroplating Salt/ Sodium Cyanide 98% for 2 FCL (each of 16.5 MT) - under payment options of 30 advance + 70% against copy of BL. FYI... we received scan copies of documents for our first shipment so called shipped through KLINE... but when we enquired the BL was fake and tempered one.

Now,

1) First shipment - fake documents no goods shipped after 100% payment done
2) Second shipment - 30% advance (paid before execution of first shipment on trust basis).

Now, they have shipped 2nd shipment through Hapag-lloyd. But, still we have not received original documents from shipper. At this moment, they are asking us to re-sign PI as Electroplating Salt (as described in BL), where as we have signed first PI for Electroplating Salt/ Sodium Cyanide 98%.

So, once again we feel that there is some fake documentation insisted, and we don't know the exact nature of material shipped/ stuffed in container.
