i ordered 2 of their products online supposedly free trial have not recieved them and have been charged $25.98 and now cant get in touch with them to stop monthly orders

Hey Jacquifuller, you can buzz me. Yes like so many here my fiancée has been stung by this scam for £700 and it’s still ongoing. What I find even more interesting is the banks are fully aware of what is going on and are doing little or nothing to help the consumer out. They have cleared it out leaving her with £1. To make matters worse after hours of ringing around and given differing stories of what she can and cannot do, we finally ended up talking to a manger in their fraud department who informed us they were fully aware of what is going on, but they were powerless to stop it because of their banking agreement with Visa. Come again!!!! Surprise surprise her account is with RBS
The good news is you can get your money back, you the consumer need to prove breach of contract, with this evidence they will notify Visa of false transactions and credit the money from the account (which by the way in based in Cyprus).
Given the overwhelming evidence this is nothing more than a legalised scam, aided by our wonderful banking systems, surely it is not beyond the capabilities of the banking system to flag this and other similar accounts up to contact the consumer and approve any initial transactions. This process is already in place when you want to make a large payment to someone on your debit / credit card.
We are currently in the process of writing to Visa to prove that this company has made unauthorised transaction on her account and are in breach of their own suspect T&C. Such companies play the percentage game in the knowledge that the banking and judicial systems are slow to react, by then this company will have robbed the consumer of millions..
