I made an order that was supposed to be charged in two payments.
Instead I got charged $52.43 on 10/12/11. I called to complaint and had to wait a long long time to receive the box so I could return it for a refund, and I returned it as soon as it arrived. I Was told to wait 4 weeks for refund, and instead I received another box and was charged $31.09 on 11/15/11 again. I called once more and was told to return the second box and wait for the processing of the 2 returned, but instead of refunds, I have been charged 12/15/11 $19.99 and 12/23/11 $43.48. I have communicated with them every time. send emails and my checking account is at risk of bouncing checks and creating bank fees due to the tummytuckbelt insensitive business practices.
