I ordered a pair of UGG boots. They took forever to arrive and when they did the shipping label was from Shanghai Yu Zhi Li Trading Company. The UGGS appear to be fake. The size is all wrong and the workmaship shoddy.
The Warm Winter Shoes website looks to be legitimate, but I guess not! Cannot get any response, so far, about returning with credit.

The company Warm Winter Boots contacted me. They agreed to send a refund...............and they did. So, even though the books were replicas - I received a refund. That was good!!!!!

- I have had no reponse to my email to their service dept. I am still waiting and will add my followup for verification after a reasonable amount of time. Not sure how to do that, yet. However, after visiting different sites, I do feel these UGGS are not real. Sole is wrong, buttonholes are very poor, tags and bag are wrong.

- Today I received an email from warmwintershoes. They said they were sorry for the delay and offered to have me keep the boots (as shipping is very expensive) and they would give me a partial refund. I can't wear these boots (fakes) but can donate them. I told them that I thought 50% would be fair. I had checked shipping to China and it might run up to $55. So I guess I wouldn't be out the entire amount............also, don't want another pair of fakes. We'll see what happens. I am keeping all correspondence for verification.
