Sent them a old timepiece that was my grandfathers back in Oct2010. I would call them and never get a call back,finally in May of 2011 I finally got someone on the phone.I was told my watch had sold in May sometime, they asked me to send copy of my drivers licience so the could send me payment. Since then I can't. .get them on the phone,they will not answer any e-mails Since then I have found out their are many complaints about them.They have pretty much stole my watch.
