I also received and email about the flex card program. I payed the fee of $69.00. They sent and email stating I would receive my card in 10-14 days. I called and spoke to someone. They said the had lots of applications and they were running behind. And I should receive my card in a few days. I never received my card. I called againand they had a recording stating their phone system was being updated. I call all the week before Christmas they were close. I call the week after Christmas and their office is still closed. Theses people need to caught and prosecuted.
