I ordered two (2) 7" Mini Netbook Laptops & the 2-year warranty, from company on 1/1/2611 for my 2 sons for Christmas. I paid to have them delivered in 7-10 business days (12/09). On 12/16: I submitted an RMA from their website under my acct stating I didn't receive them but to reimburse me $263.98 or call me since I could not reach them by phone. The co. emailed me back on 12/6: CS responded, your RMA has been placed and waiting approval. 12/20: Customer Service noted on my acct that USPS shows that my item was delivered at 9:44 am on 12/19. They closed the RMA request as Resolved. I rc'd the 2 Netbooks and did not receive anything indicating I had a 2-yr warranty. Later, we found they do not work properly. My boys were so upset because this was their big present. 12/26 & 12/27: I contacted submitted another RMA, stating the Netbooks don't work and are defective. The internet is extremely slow, can't get to any websites, typing is delayed, they lock up, browser is out dated, can't get on YouTube, can't play music or videos, get to emails and etc. Lastly, the prong broke off when we took the plug out of the wall. I would like my money back $263.98 plus Shipping and Handling for when I ship them back to the company.
