Ordered a 7" netbook for granddaughter for Christmas. On 12/13/11 after calling a dozen times, someone called to verify shipping and talked me into spending $40.97 to upgrade. Now this $99.99 cost me $165.95. The netbook does not get WI-FI and according to my son-in-law who works in the computer field, is missing major components so it will never get wi-fi. I have sent 2 emails to a person named Erik, called and left messages and left messages on the support site. I have called my bank who are now working to get my money back. They called and got the same bs message everyone else receives. I want the company to do the right thing and refund my account as I don't feel I should pay shipping and a restocking fee to return a broken item. How sad it is that a company could deliberately ruin a 10 year olds Christmas. I have 9 grandchildren and this is all my granddaughter got for Christmas. I don't have the money to get her anything else. I guess I could be awarded the worst Grandma award. Thanks eglobal
