I was looking for a secured credit card to rebuild my credit and this "seemed" like a good deal, so I paid the $69.00 and received nothing. I emailed them and they sent me their generic emails, i called and the number was busy all the time, then they were updating their system, now when I call it says they are closed, when I email, I get a failure notice. Nice scam someone came up with, it sure got me. Sad.
