Ordered on11/27/2011 and never received any information on shipping sent several attempts via email to see where my 240.00 USD Vittoria Uggs were and no response. Notified credit card company since 240.00 charge appeared on my bill..... Now what???? I don't have my daughters boots for Xmas but I have a bill for $240.00.... See something's are to good to be true. She sent me the site and thought it was safe to order from, hope the credit card reverses the charges now :( so unfair!!!!!!!!!!
