I looked over my statement to find that this new company CRCinc Helps.com had made an unauthorized charge to my VISA.Upon inquiring with RBC VISA, They informed me that this was the sister company of TerneckHelp.com with whom I have been battling for unauthorized charges every month since July 2011. I have resigned to cancelling this credit card as I have done everything else possible to get a refund to no avail. I'll count myself lucky that it has been only a few hundred dollars and not thousands.
