i ordered a pair of air jordan nike's for my son, the price was $109.00, no shipping; after ordering i was anxious to get the email confirmation from both the payee and the First Schuhe site, not only with payment information but shipping information as well. i placed the order on the 14th; today is the 27th, i went back on line and decided to write to them one more time (this being my 4th time to write to them), an angry customer this time around. i was concerned about the charge to my account in 'memo' form for the past week and a half, the bank personnel told me that until it posts in hard form rather than 'memo' its not yet a charge to my account. After finding the charge in hard form this morning, posted that way on the 21st, i decided to look a little more closely at the FS website; i was shocked to find all bad reviews about being shipped knock off shoes, bank accounts charge excessively or for the fee stated with no confirmations sent, no replies to email inquiries and/or nothing received at all; the exact same scenerio i was dealing with. i felt really stupid, i've ordered things on line a gazillion times and never had anything fraudulent take place. i will definately read reviews moving forward, what a joke! Merry Christmas to my son who thought he was getting a pair of air jordans from me for Christmas! Luckily my bank had no issues with marking this charge as fraudulent on my account and within 5 working days the money should be returned, they also canceled my debit card immediately and will send a new one right away so i dont have to worry about First Schuhe trying to charge anything else to my account.
