Funny they can take my money 24/7 but can't reach anyone except for few hours on certain days. I cannot call during my work hours for personal business & their hours are same as mine. Cannot even leave message and I've been calling maybe five times now. Ordered on 12/12 and left town 12/16 for family emergency (did not have at that time. Called/emailed on 19th to cx as I was not home to receive or try, have not heard back. Continue to not receive call back & cannot get in touch. There had better not been an additional charge to my card as I will give U alot of grief without letting up due to your inaccessability.
