I was offered a trial for the shipping cost only for their two products. I accepted this offer 11 days ago. There is now the above amount taken out of my bank account without my approval. I have read on other complaints that there is a 10 day cooling off period but you don't even know that you are bound until the 11th day. I was sure I was thorough and even sent an email to this company assuring that I was not interested in any ongoing shipments until I gave the go ahead, in case I got trapped into bi or tri-monthly shipments. I cannot afford this amount X 2 every couple of months and am desperate to have it stopped and get a refund. I would appreciate your help. Thanks

Pup, first thing get straight onto your bank and report this scam. Get your card cancelled but this may not stop it but it is a first line of defence, try and get the bank to give you cancellation authorisation codes.
Second and by cop today call these turkies on 08081787320 or 08081683685 and instruct them forceably to cancel all accounts with your name etc. All these scam companies are under the same call centre. Most importantly give the company the bank's authorisations codes and say the fraud team are involved, be stern and direct. The phillipino lady will just say that they will send an email within 24hrs to say al accounts cancelled - try and get a cancellation code from her. Then thirdly send an email to all their support teams that you signed up for i.e. [email protected] and/or [email protected]. You will just get a confirmation email to say that they are looking at it. Do not hold your breath it will happen as tomorrow start it all again if you do not receive anything.
