I had the same thing. Pro Resv- withdrew 44.09- on 07/08/11 and again on 07/11/11 totaling 88.18. I have tried calling the phone number listed on my bank statement, but have been on hold for 10 minutes so far. Probably will take forever before I get to talk to someone. How are we supposed to get our money back? I am collecting unemployment, and can't afford this. How did this happen?

- I just got off the phone with them. The person I spoke with told me would get reimbursed within 7-10 days. I have taken her name and the date and time I called. Couldn't get her last name, but at least I convinced her to give me the first initial of her last name. There was no confirmation email or confirmation number she could give me. I will post again if/when my money gets reimbursed.
