I paid $12.95 for a sample of the electronic cigaret on 6/17/2011. I received it a week later and when I tried it it wouldn't keep its charge and I tried calling the customer service number and all it would say was either our office is closed or we are experiencing an upgrade and can not take your call at this time. Then on 7/5/2011 an amount of $149.90 was taken out of my account. I then went to the bank to find out where it went they told me that it was Prado so I told them that I had paid $12.95 and that was all that my purchase was suppose to be. I tried even calling them while I was in the bank and it still wouldn't take my call. Finally on 7/8/2011 at 1:16 pm I got through they had said that they signed me up for some subscription and I told them that i never authorized them to take more than the $12.95 and that i wanted to return the item and they told me that they wouldn't take it back because I didn't talk to them within a certain time period but that they would give me $70.00 of it back. I told them that I wanted it all back and that I did not want them item. I am still working on the rest. Now the bank took $451.00 of my money so far and they want more.
