I signed up to pay shipping and handling for a free CD. the CD came and I noticed a $57.93 taken out of my account. I went back on the site and cancelled. I called also and got the answer that I didn't cancel in time, so they waited untill the day after the 7 days to cancel to take the money out. I would have cancelled on the very day if I had known about the $57.93. I cancelled on the 16th July but the 7 days was up on the 14th, the money came out on the 15th. My cancellation #266289 was on the 16th of July. They were supposed to send me by Email a notice of cancellation. It has no date of cancellation on it. I will call my Bank and have them stop payment on the grantassist $57.93 if they should come in. On the phone call he refused to return the 1st $57.93
