Ordered the trail offer of both creams for £5.95 each, they arrived in very basic and cheap packaging, the offer never said there would be further payments taken but a further £75 was taken from my card a few weeks later. I have recieved no more creams in the post nor have I requested any. There are no contact numbers or email on the website so now I have to go through my credit card to try and get the money back, they said it could take a long time as it is termed a "dispute" rather than just fraud at the moment. I will probably end up cancelling my card to stop any more money being taken.
