i don't know why or how it has come about that askzinga has taken £60.99 in english currency from my bank account on the above date. i have mental health issues and my support worker says i may have been taken advantage of. being as the money was only taken on the above date the cooling period starts then and it is only 2 days later i'm writing this. i have no use for this service-i don't even know what it is. i want my money back please.
