I ordered something online and got a call saying that my purchase was on the way and that it came with $100 in free gas and that they would be sending information. I told them I was not interested in the free gas and they told me that it came with my product and they would be sending my information. Again, I told them that I was not interested and hung up. I did receive my product, and then noticed when I looked at my bank statement that they had charged not only the product, but another $29.95 for a Budget Savers program. I never received any information about the program nor did I receive a $100 gas coupon, but I did get another charge on my account. I called and was told that my "membership" was canceled, but does that really mean they won't charge me again?? They are supposed to be sending me a letter to verify that I have not used the membership so that they can process a refund. I'm not holding my breath. Guess I will have to cancel my card...what a hassle.
