I contracted Watch Brokers to sell a Baum et Mercier watch for me in August 2011. I received an offer in October and authorized sale on 10/17/11. My sales rep, Eric Toso, stated that payment would be received within 25-45 business days. I repeatedly contacted Mr. Toso and he systematically stated that the payment would be received no later than 12/31/11. Today, 12/29/11, I contacted Watch Brokers and was advised that my payment would not be sent until April, 2012 by the Accounts Payable Manager. Mr. Toso advised that a partnership failed and they are reworking the business model rather than go out of business. He also asked if I would prefer not receiving any money at all. I have 5 voicemails from Mr. Toso stating that payment would be received by 12/31/11 and can provide them if necessary. I can be reached at (Personal Information Removed)

  • Yeah good old Eric Toso. He's one of the worst scammers there. He lies and cheats and as the link indicates, not really the kind of guy you want to give a Rolex to. I would hate to be you Eric Toso!
