On Dec. 6th, I ordered a pair of Ugg boots that I thought was being shipped from Australia. The charge is on my Visa for Dec. 7th and is listed with Universal trading company. The site is casualwomensboots.net and looked legitimate, but have tried repeatedly to contact them and got no reply and have no receipt either. This was an older style of boot that I love and wanted another pair, but no boots so far. Help!!
