- Hi my mum was a victim to this company and we managed to get her an email address for them by sheer accident!!! She contacted them and even had a reply stating that it was a monthly membership that would be deducted from her account... Panic set in at this point!!! however at her demand they clarified that they would and indeed have cancelled her membership!!!! Email from them was received saying it was dealt with! She did cancel her card details with the bank as a safety measure but luckily no further money has been deducted only the initial payment of £74.95. here is an email address for them [email protected]. I hope you have success with contacting them too. If you do please pass these details on as the individuals cannot cheat honest people out of their hard earned money!!! Scammers need to be taught a lesson!!!! Good luck and l hope you reach a satisfactory conclusion too. Jay.
