In early 10/2011 Chase Morgan Marketing advertised their services on the internet. We (the representative) and I agreed that: Chase Morgan Marketing will send me literature, discs and other material for a fee of $9.95 thereabout. The following month, November 9, 2011 $87.00 was debited from my HSBC account without my knowledge or approval. In the month of October, 2011 Chase Morgan Marketing rep said that I money will be refunded. As of today I received ZERO information, NO SERVICES or REFUND. I have filed a complaint with HSBC.
