I received an email about $1000 Walmart gift cards being given away. Of course, to receive one you had to complete 13 different sponsor offers. Well I completed the 13 different offers required and waited and waited. I opened a ticket twice through their website and called them three times to receive my gift card after my offers had been completed and they would either close the ticket with no response, or tell me to call back to speak to a manager if on the phone. I kept very detailed records as well, so I can prove what and when all offers were completed.

Well one day (a couple months ago I think) the number I called (1-888-689-7118) is no longer working and their website has changed. The URL I was using is http://support.directsurveysolutions.com - this URL still works but is different, and no longer lets me log in or has any of my information. I had to spend money to complete these sponsor offers and am entitled to my gift card as I did everything that was required. Any help would be appreciated.
