I was searching what I initally thought was The NorthFace Outlet to purchase a jacket for my daughter. After paying for merchandise I noticed an international charge was applied to my account. The outlet listed their location as Florida. I have sent numerous requests for an exchange and or a refund however to no avail. I learned after the fact this was a scam sight and now I have a jacket that is doesn't fit, nor is it authentic. I am really embarassed and have no way of returning item for a fund to my credit card. I wish there were a way to trace the transaction and have my monies returned.
