my sample jar of revita derm arrived today. jan 3 2012. my account has only been charged the $2.95 for each jar and a few cents for exchange rate. in terms and conditions it does state that a monthly fee wil be taken for items sent unless you email or ring them in 16 days from ur order. I emailed 2 january and am hoping that it wil be looked at. I asked them to stop al future shipments or payments and that I only wanted this sample. I havnt revieved my other bottle as yet

- For goodness sake BE PRO ACTIVE. Phone them. Don't get off that phone till they have given you a cancellation number. Bombard them with emails. Cancel card or bank account. These people only respond to extreme hassle. Threaten them with exposure to every fraud dept and trading standards. Tell them you will go to the media to expose them. Keep a paper trail and log of every phone call. Above all stop them getting any access to your money. Good Luck
