Platinum Portfolios of Southend on Sea, Essex, UK. I paid them 4,000gbp deposit for an investment property in August 2011. Only one week later, my husband asked for a separation and i realised I could not continue with the investment for financial reasons. The contract stated that I was entitled to a refund LESS £995. I spplied for this and they emailed me to confirmt hat I would be getting this back 72 days later on 24th November. Despite repeated emails and phone calls to the company since that date I still have not received my money, I ahave since also discovered there are others that have not received their promided funds back.

- Sam here again. Update on Platinum Portfolios. Since mentioning them here and on singingpig.co.uk they have sat up and took notice. I have been promised that my cheque is in the post today. Will update this once received and banked.

Hi Rackha. Yes I finally got it back. I also finally got a small compensation back to cover interest charged on my late payment to somebody else on a property transaction which I was late on paying due to non receipt of funds due baack from PLatinum Portfolios. So please persevere on chasing them. Speak to Lee Hollingbone.

- Thanks for the reply. I've been in contact with Lee and a few others from platinum. They all keep on giving me dates but so far they have let me down every time. I'm am running out of patience.
