i purchaSED A SUZUKI KIZASHI 2011 AND I WAS SCAMMED BY JOHN THE MANAGER WITH THE BUYING GAP INSURANCE . I FOUND THIS OUT AND TOLD HIM THAT I ALREADY HAVE THIS INSURANCE. BOTH JOHN AND MIKE ASSURED ME THIS MONEY WOULD BE RETURNED AMERICAN SUZUKI FINANCIAL CALLED THE COMPANY MONEY NOT REFUNDED.
