I thought I was calling Office Max and was directed to Assist 123. They answered the phone and insisted they would direct me to the proper line after I listen to the eligible promotional offers. After great presistence and such great offers for such low prices, I finally gave them my address and card number. I went to check my account and they immediately charged my account. I then decided to research the name Assist 123 and that's when I realized I had been scamed. I called the customer service number given to cancel the service. However, he was not able to locate my account. He (Mat) then directed me to billing in order to cancel the service. I gave her all my information and she supposely cancelled the service by giving me a cancellation number. Hopefully, they will refund my money and not tamper with my account.
