I looked at my checking account statement online and found a charge that I had NO knowledge of from a "MEDCHELP COM" in the amount of 11.32. I was naturally curious, so I looked to see if they had a website and they did. I also received an email from them on the 16th of July saying that my member account has been activated which made no sense to me. The email went as follows:

Greetings, "my name".

Your member account has been activated.

To the best of my knowledge, I have NEVER given them reason to activate membership to ANY WEBSITE PERIOD! I also called the number that many others here who were victims of medchelp called and kept getting a busy signal. The third time I called the number I got through but I was waiting for what seemed like forever for a customer service rep. then I quit and hung up. I'm definitely going to change my bank card after this and dispute the amount with my bank.
