The complaint is against an online dating profile
The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
The above company has recieved my credit card detail for goods ordered in november 2011. which was recieved. Since then every few days they have made unauthorised debits on my visa totalling nearly €400. They do this using serval different names :
ANTI RIDES SERUM
REJUVANEW EYE
REVITA LA PEAU.
Everyone stay away from these scammers.
They seem innocent enough on facebook ads.
You have to read terms and conditions which is set up wrong.
It is nearly impossible to stop these debits other than go to your bank or debit card company and write a letter stating yo wish to stop these. This can take up to 2 days in which time you are liable for all monies until the fraud is investigated and you may recieve money back from your bank or debit card company.
IF ANYONE HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL AND HAS HAD MONEY RETURNED PLEASE EMAIL ME AND LET ME KNOW AT [email protected].
THIS SCAM HAS TO BE STOPPED ASAP.
