This is a summer resort that rents some of it's 7 houses on a month to month basis. They also rent for weddings and summer guests. There are no septic tanks according to county inspectors and raw sewage runs from all the houses everywhere. They charge whatever they want in electric charges because they only get one bill for the entire resort. They had a meter on my house but it was false. I did all this investigation and continue reporting to NC State regulatory agencies. The people who rent for weddings and summer have no idea that the wiring was all put in during the 1950's and most of the houses are firetraps let alone that they are walking around as I did for 18 months until I found this out. They have a website with definitely false advertising on it.
