I opted for the free trial and paid $1.03 for shipping plus $3.87.
Within 8 days I called their number, 1-866-366-8424, to cancel per the agreement. I received an immediate telephone tree with the option to press 1 to cancel the agreement, which I did. When I received my next credit card statement I noticed a charge dated 12/05/11, for $78.41. When I called the telephone number on the credit card to ask about the charge I was told they had no record of my cancellation because I didn't speak to an operator when I cancelled and the $78.41 was for my renewal shipment. Notice they charged me on the same date I cancelled. I have not received any additional shipments. I truly believe this is a scam and part of their plan is to bill the additional charge even though the cancellation was according to the agreement.
