I called for the second experience to ship a box with food, presents and toys for my family in my homeland, first I order a box but it was gonna be too small, so I called them to receive the second one and in both ocassions I gave them money for deposit. $10 for the first one $50 for the second one. Over the phone No one told me that December the 5th was gonna be the last day to ship this box. Eventhoug I called them in box ocassions and I also mentioned that it was for my family's christmas and the most important my daughter school materials for this year, I bought everything here and it needed to be there before January 9th. I paid the $50 with check which they cashed immediately although it was more than the "requested deposit" since I told them I really need to send it. Please make sure it gets there on time. They agree but, never told me you got to hurry for next Monday or your box will be left behind. It was a Friday when I called to say I received the 2nd box already. Days goes around and since the first time I used them it took only 10 days and over the phone they assure me thats the time it takes I called Sunday 11 to say hey my box is ready. I get the same answer for every body I talked over the phone. Sorry but the shipment already left last week. At the begining NO ONE knew anything about when was gonna be the next shipment. I needed to know because I might be still on time to send it so my daughter could receive her materials. Secondable: I called to another one of their offices to see if someone could solve something. They said to me: the other office didn't know what they were talking about. Next date is January 3rd. I thought ok, Im still good. Then I called to confirm, when can you pick up my box to send it in January 3rd. Again a diferent answer. Sorry, we don't have a set up date yet, you will have to wait till january to know exactly when can you send it. We cannot go and pick up your box now. By that time I was really annoyed and frustrated. I talked to so many people over the phone and no one could give me a solution. So when I asked for a refund they didn't even know how much money I gave them. One of the employees said to me: Oh, sorry... We didn't know you pay more than the requested deposit. This shouldn't never happened.

Then the next thing I know... I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.... they keep telling me... we will let you know... we do not know yet, we have to confirm that your check was cashed by us.... Come on! I have the bank copy with me, really?
So dishonest and abusive.

Today January 4th. I called again and the person in the phone told me: yes we know we have to give you that refund but we still don't know when. Maybe in this month.

Can someone help me?
