I ordered samples of 2 skincare products online - and was charged a total value of £8.92. The products arrived but I didn't realise the bottles were not sample size but retail size. A few weeks later I had a further £154.94 taken from my credit card for the 2 products (this was, I think, $198.75). At no time did I order anything other than the 2 samples (total value < £10) , and I feel that Agios Dometio have acted fraudulently in deliberately sending the larger bottles and charging for them when only the sample sized quantities were ordered.
