I complained, and got the usual I signed up for the $99 and there are no refunds. Same story everyone has encountered. However, I have an email they sent telling me I will receive an email that will get me a refund. If nothing happens, I will use that against them. Somehow we've got to find a way to bury these guys

JOHN, YOU ARE WORKING UNDER THE IMPRESSION THESE PEOPLE CARE---THEY NEVER GIVE REFUNDS. THE EMAIL I'M AFRAID IS USELESS, YOU MUST ACTIVATE A REQUEST FOR REFUND, (WHICH YOU DID), IN OTHER WORDS TO HAVE TO ASK PERMISSION TO REQUEST A REFUND. IF THEY DECIDE YOU MAY REQUEST THE REFUND THEY WILL SEND YOU A REFUND REQUEST FORM, FILL THAT OUT AND IT GOES TO TTHEIR "SUPERVISORS" TO DECIDE IF YOU GET THE REFUND---YOU WON'T. THEY HAVE A STRICT "NO REFUND POLICY" BUT THEY WILL OFFER YOU "FREE" BIDS BECAUSE YOU "MISUNDERSTOOD". IF U USE THOSE "FREE" BIDS THEY CAN THEN SAY YOU USED THEIR SITE AND MUST PAY---NO REFUND. A CLASS ACTION SUIT HAS BEEN FILED--CHECK THE LAST REPORT ON THIS SITE FROM "SUZI" AND SEE HOW A FEW OF US GOT OUR MONEY BACK (NOT FROM BIDRACKETTE" BUT FROM CREDIT CARD CO'S OR BANKS.
