I ordered a steelers jersey assuming that its was coming from usa and come to find out its coming from china it has been stuck in china since dec. 19th and has not been updated on tracking info and every time i contact the company they say they operate online and that is all along with not knowing anything else but please be patient and then the english spelling is terrible one would think that i would have my package after almost 4 weeks here it is the evening of jan 4th and still no answer of anything i have since involved the fbi internet crimes unit and filed a complaint there as well

  • What became of your claim? Im wondering because right now they dont have my jerseys in stock even. My order hasnt changed from processing in a week

  • so after a month and a half i did get my jersey however its not as comfortable as a real replica if that makes sense the shoulders feel like you are wearing football pads so maybe needs to be washed and maybe it will loosen up who knows ut it did finally come just not happy with product and the fbi internet bureau said if they get enough claims they will look into it is all

  • How many times did you email the company? How many times did the respond? They got right back to me after my first email. Then when I found out neither one of my jerseys were in stock I decided I wanted my money back. They havent responded to either one of those emails. Its only been 24 hours but they got back to me in less than 3 hours for the first one. Thank you for you help!!!!!

  • i emailed then probably 10 times and they responded always with the same message i also messaged the company that took my credit card even though they act as if they are a different company its the same and they will not give you your money back they will continue to give you the run around
