I Purchased a website and upgrades from Brain-host and was misled with all the lies about what I was to receive and how easy it was to use. I was told it was just a few clicks and I would have a great money-making website/blog- and because I was buying all the upgrades it would be super easy etc,
I am paid up until 2013 for my hosting and until the 17 January for the Platinum package, However I received an email this morning telling me my site has been taken down because they were unable to charge my credit card for future use of the extras.

I was emailed with a list of the upgrades when I first paid, However after checking on some of these so called upgrades I found that many some were non-existent and or not supplied, This an exert of their email

So allow me to explain some of these so called extra's,LIES

I was never included in the Brain-host directory or any directory they are related too-

My site was never submitted to any website submission sites by Brain-host-

The full set of SEO tools they advertised are not included without paying more money-

The supposed Dedicated IP was never the same IP for my site-

The automatic daily backup of my site never occurred at all-

24 Hr / 30 Min response Priority Support was most of the time 4- 48 hours,

I wasn't informed that the Platinum Package payment was to be for only 6 month's and not the 12 months as advertised until just a few days ago, That is another $53.70 thank-you.

I have had my site monitored by several different monitoring services and the average time down is 9.13 Hrs per week, So Brain-host told me it must be my browser, ??

These are- just to name a few of the under-handed false advertising brain-host led me to believe, I did my best to patient with them and exhausted all my resources with these crooks, I have spent months and countless 100's of Hour's on trying to make this work,

All for nothing.
