I signed up for a free 30 trial with magic jack plus on line, on 1/4/2012, the ad said you will not be billed til or after feb,2 2012,well today they took all their money out of my account, i don't have the magic jack, hav'ent even tried it to see if i even want it. no my account is messed up due to them taking out money they were not autherized to take til after feb 4 2012, even if i decidede to keep the item, and to make matters worse ,i can't even find a phone number to call them.

- I tried to order the 30 day trial from Majic Jack and I thought I could use my debit card. A message pop up and said if I used the debit card instead of a credit card, it would be charged today. I cancelled the order before it went any farther.
